About Riverbend Dog Care

Our Story

Riverbend Dog Care was founded with the idea that pets deserve to be treated with love and respect. We started as a small pet sitting business and have stayed small on purpose: it allows us to provide excellent care.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Please reach us at riverbenddogcare@gmail.com or by phone at 301-915-6658 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    You can make a reservation by texting or calling us at Riverbend Dog Care: 301-915-6658. We will schedule a Meet-and-Greet with you and your dog, then make a reservation after that.

    •DOGGY DAY CARE: Please download the pdf for pricing information.

    Boarding:

    Monday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm

    Sundays: 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm  


    Day Care:

    Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6:30 pm 

    • Vaccination records from your vet, if you haven't already emailed it.

    • Proof of flea/tick medication, if you haven't already emailed it.

    • Please bring your pet's food in a reclosable, labeled container, with instructions.

    • Any medications—be sure to download and complete the authorization form.

    • Any special toys to make them feel at home, if you wish. We have toys here.

    • No need to bring a dog bed, but if you have a clean one you can bring it.

    We genuinely love dogs and look forward to spending time with our guests. Dogs who stay here are made to feel at home. They can go in and out as they wish, enjoying the large fenced back yard, and we pet them and play with them all day. We don't have more than two guests at a time (there may on rare occasions be some overlap) so that dogs can relax and feel comfortable. More than two dogs from the same family are welcome.
